Why Organic Tea Fields Make a Difference
Tea plants absorb everything from the soil, making pesticide-free farming especially important. The farmers we work with have found a way to grow delicious tea without harming the natural ecosystem.

What is inside each calendar?
24 sealed servings, daily guidance and optional teaware.
Both come in a printed sleeve over a dark-green storage box, with 24 numbered envelopes and 24 individually sealed sachets.
The Matcha Calendar contains 2g per day, or 48g in total. Each Loose Leaf sachet is portioned for one brew.
Teaware is included only when you select a teaware option.
Are all the teas pesticide-free, organic and unflavored?
Pesticide-free and unflavored. Every tea, no exceptions.
Every tea in both calendars is grown without pesticides and contains no added flavoring or sweeteners.
Pesticide-free does not automatically mean certified organic; certification varies by farm. We buy directly from the growers, visit their farms and processing facilities, and taste the teas ourselves.
Are the calendars suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Every day comes with simple brewing guidance, so you learn by tasting—not studying.

What equipment do I need?
Just the essentials—or choose a teaware set.
For Matcha, you need a bowl and whisk. A sifter helps you create an even smoother bowl.
For Loose Leaf, use a teapot or infuser.

How do I prepare each tea?
The right temperature and timing, explained every day.
Follow the instructions inside the numbered envelope.
For matcha, use the full 2g sachet and whisk with 70°C / 160°F water. For loose leaf, use the temperature and steeping time shown for that tea—gyokuro and hojicha do not want the same treatment.
Can I brew each sachet more than once?
One bowl of matcha. Loose leaves can often go again.
Matcha, no: you whisk and drink the whole leaf, so one sachet makes one bowl.
Loose leaf, often yes: many Japanese teas can be steeped again, giving you another cup from the same leaves.
Do the calendars contain caffeine?
Yes, naturally, with levels varying by tea.

The amount varies by tea and preparation. If you are sensitive to caffeine, enjoy yours earlier in the day.

i really enjoyed the green tea advent calendar. it was so fun trying all the different types of teas and learning about them, i hope i get to experience it again this year!
The teas that I recieved were really good. My only complaints are that for one, you dont recieve a traditional box advent calendar. Its a bunch if envelopes thrown together in a box. My biggest complaint is that some of my days did not have the right tea in it or the card that came with the day was incorrect. I missed out on some teas i was interested in due to the missmatch.

The Tea Advent calendar is really nice concept, especially for me who is very keen on green tea, it gives you the opportunity to test all green teas from Nioteas, that's very nice ! i would recommend it and that's a nice present for tea lovers!

These samples were great! I probably diddn't need to try 28 of them but I appreciate the variety. Shipping was fast and it included everything advertised. I also really appreciate the rhymes and the overall holiday aesthetic
Im glad I found this advent calendar! There's so many teas in here I never would've tried if they hadn't been included. Definitely good if you are trying to branch out and find some new teas

I would recommend taking notes on which teas you liked most because there are so many you will probably forget! I liked all the teas in this advent calendar but overall my favorites are the gyokuro and hojicha teas
Even though I'm not the biggest green tea fan I liked this advent calendar because it was a great learning experience. They could've added in 24 cheap teas but instead they are all good quality and from different farms around Japan.
